Troubleshooting collaboration and mobile applications such as Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, RightFax, Proofpoint, MS Office 365, Exchange, MS Teams, Yammer and Cisco CUCI Lync
Deployments and Installs of the above software.
Working with Tier 3 Engineers to identify trends in incidents
Supporting Android and iOS devices
Troubleshooting mobile applications on Android and iOS devices such as email, Skype, MS Teams, and Yammer
Troubleshooting email security and retention issues
Troubleshooting user profile issues
Troubleshooting and managing SharePoint access and permissions issues
Managing.PST files and email inbox issues
Incident, Problem and Request management
Participation in an on-call rotation
